More Attachments

AttachmentYou've always been able to attach files to requests, problems, tasks, etc. This functionality has just been extended.

Now, you can also add files to:
Attachment underneath the Remarks field
  • Service instances
  • Service offerings
  • Service level agreements
  • First line support agreements
  • Configuration items
  • Contracts

This can be useful, for example, when you want to attach the digitized copy of a lease agreement to a Contract record, so that the terms and conditions are easily accessible in case someone needs to read through them.
