Even More Export Capabilities

ExportThe Export functionality has been extended even further. When you go to the Settings console, you can now also export the affected SLA information, as well as the support effort data. These two record types are especially useful for organizations that want to use their ITRP data in their business intelligence environment for advanced reporting.

Export of ASLAs and Support Efforts
With this extension of the Export functionality it is possible to, for example, schedule incremental exports of the time spent and the service level data so that it can be imported automatically into your organization's data warehouse.
