Tip for Service Desk Analysts

RequestIf you are a service desk analyst who has been using ITRP for a while, you will be probably be familiar with all the features of the Service Desk console. Now there is a new one you may like.

The User field has been improved so you can quickly find the 10 people for whom you most recently registered a request. To find these last 10 requesters, just press your down-arrow key.

This feature can be useful, for example, when you want to check whether an issue, which you registered earlier for a specific end user, has already been picked up by a specialist. Or if you forgot to specify something in a request that you just registered for someone.

We know this is not exactly going to change your life, but it may come in handy from time to time.
