Release Released

Although the support for ITIL's Release and Deployment Management process was already included in the original design of the ITRP service, we did not expect there to be much demand for it. We were wrong.

It is clear now some organizations are steadily climbing higher on the ITIL maturity ladder. And since the demand is there, we felt it was time to make sure that release managers can manage their releases in ITRP.


So it is a great pleasure to let you know that, earlier today, the "Releases" option became available. You will find it when you click on the Records console icon in the toolbar.
