Single Sign-On in the Cloud?

Single Sign-OnMany people still believe that offering single sign-on is more complicated with cloud services. That may be true for some cloud services, but configuring ITRP to use your existing authentication mechanism (such as Microsoft Active Directory or OneLogin) is actually pretty easy.

An ITRP account administrator can do this in the Settings console by clicking on the "Single Sign-On" option and filling out the following fields:

Single Sign-On
Once these fields have been filled out, your IT staff and end users will no longer need to log in separately to ITRP or ITRP Self Service.

Don't you wish it was this easy with your on-premise applications?

Detailed information about single sign-on can be found in the developer documentation.
